High definition AV technology is transforming conferencing communications in education, medicine and business. Ideal solutions need to support multiple microphones, across multiple rooms, types of rooms, buildings and geographical areas – all while providing easy options for reconfiguration as needs change. Wireless microphones provide the versatility that enterprise-scale users demand, but come with significant management challenges (e.g., spectrum allocation and battery management).

Our team was engaged to create a communications strategy to launch the new Shure Microflex offer. The new messaging clarified the time-saving and risk-reducing benefits of the Shure solution for AV/IT integrators; as well, we provided tools to support consultative sales in Shure global markets.
