Over a period of several years, working with Quantum to define a uniform visual design language and packaging information architecture for the their removable mass storage products. We defined the language around these products and extended it to DAT Tapes, the Go Vault format and most recently to the Travan platform offer. The tapes are sold nearly exclusively to B2B customers through value added resellers. But users appreciate the visual reassurance of color-coding across the packaging system as a reassurance that they are matching new tapes to installed base formats.

Impact
The tape media design language was so well established when Quantum acquired the Travan platform it was rapidly applied to new products and launched in existing channels.
