Despite decades of product innovation, Ansell’s messaging had grown fragmented by region and market segment, obscuring the fact that frontline workers wanted more than barrier protection—they demanded comfort and performance, too.

As Ansell’s portfolios expanded throughout the 2010s, gaps emerged in how existing technologies met real-world needs. The brand needed a unified platform that would:

• Unify global messaging around what truly matters to workers

• Differentiate Ansell by spotlighting comfort and dexterity alongside protection

• Fuel future R&D by structuring insights around end-user needs

Partnering with Ansell’s Executive, Marketing, and R&D teams, we created Worker Experience Innovation—a new technology platform built on the Comfort–Performance–Protection (CPP) model. By mapping every product benefit to one of these three pillars, WEI simplifies how Ansell tells its innovation story, drives cohesive marketing, and guides development of tomorrow’s breakthrough safety solutions—for a better day at work.
